Tensen provided a design solution for a high usage scenario that needed to be thoroughly validated before it could be mass produced. 

With that requirement Tensen developed an automated testing rig using pneumatic cylinders and a smart relay to continuously actuate the component system until failure.  The goal was to achieve 90,000 cycles without failure per automotive standards.
