The Xceed v2 is a revolutionary powered wheelchair developed by Cheelcare Inc. with aesthetic industrial design by Tensen Design. The Xceed is capable of quick dynamic adjustment to many positions with touch based and tactile controls at the users fingertips. This is achieved through independent manipulation of its 4 legs, back-rest and leg-rest.
Building off the success of Xceed v1, version 2 advances the design both aesthetically and mechanically. The size was reduced, and various improvements were made to internal components such as linear actuators and the rear drive wheel motors. Additionally, ergonomic features were improved, such as the foot-rests and arm-rests. To comply with wheelchair transport standards, loops were added to secure the chair in place on a bus or other transit vehicle.
