Project Planning
Before we start to give form to your product we need to understand the requirements that it needs to meet. From user interface, performance, regulatory, assembly, cost of goods, time to market, projected volume, assembly, servicing hierarchy to end of life disposal, we need to answer these key questions first.
Team Coordination
At TENSEN Design we understand that it takes a diverse array of specialized individuals and teams to bring your product successfully through the Design and Development cycle. We offer Team Coordination to assist with the management and distribution of the critical project information during the product design. We will Quarterback the team(s) for the winning touch down!
Story Boarding
When companies are making an investment into new products, the last thing you want to do is get it wrong or miss out on a feature or detail that could have made the product take off. This is why we offer Story Boarding. We map out a day in the life of your product and your users to gain an understanding into what motivates or encumbers them from not only performing but performing exceptionally well.

Metric or Imperial gauges depending on the vendor selected we know how to design sheet metal assemblies and structures to mount panels onto, or even design sheet metal paneling that looks professional and of the highest quality.
CNC, Casting and Extrusion Design for Metals
Computer Numeric Control milling of metal billets for low volume, one-offs or high precision requirements can be turned around quickly at competitive pricing. During the concept and detailing stages as the design gets further refined, we can recommend and design for sand casting, die casting or even custom extrusions that will meet your projects needs. Each production technology has its own pros and cons that will be evaluated against performance requirements and tolerance stacking. We will design what is best suited to the project.
Rapid Prototyping + Early Production Builds
